We at Salem Little League know that great teamwork starts with great leadership. If you think you have what it takes, please download and submit the coaching application. Please remember that Little League does not allow for tenure...meaning coaches must be nominated and voted in EVERY YEAR! No one automatically gets a team from year to year and every coach must apply. Interviews will be held when deemed necessary - especially in competitive divisions or where there are more applicants than positions available.
