TEAM PICTURES ARE PROVIDED TO TEAM SPONSORS AS A THANK YOU- IT IS A TERRIBLE LOOK TO HAVE A TEAM PICTURE WITH 6 KIDS IN IT WHEN THERE ARE 10 -13 KIDS ON A TEAM (except Tee-Ball which averages 9 kids on a team).
Arrival - Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time to check in, fill out forms if needed, and get any appropriate gear on. Your child's feet will show in team photos.

- Please make sure to PRINT your online order form and check in before getting your photos taken. If you are unable to print it, please make sure you have your online order form and see the table person on the field for form information. Please make sure ALL spelling and information is correct prior to placing an order. The information will be printed EXACTLY as you have entered it.
***Salem Little League note- New England Sports Photo has opted, due to covid, to not send paper order forms ahead of time. They are requesting we push the online option but will have limited manual forms at the check in-table.***
On-Site Payment - EXACT Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Credit card information is taken on site and processed off-site. Our staff will NOT have CASH CHANGE on site so please come with exact change if paying with cash. Please make sure that the information you wrote on the form is correct.
Orders - NO changes can be made to packages on the field. If you have any questions or issues regarding the package you ordered, please email: [email protected]. They will NOT be able to make changes on the field.
Picture day check in - Everyone (even online pre-orders) will need to have their paperwork in order before seeing the photographer for photos. Everyone must check in at the table prior to seeing the photographer. This ensures photos match the athlete and they get the correct team photo. Please make sure the forms are handed in to the photographer and not just placed nearby. Once a form is turned into a photographer they will not be returning them. Ordering online and printing the picture day ticket will speed the check in and photo process. If parents do not print out the Picture Day Ticket, or forget it, they will need to check in at the table to with their email showing their order number and then fill out a specific form.
Props - Parents and players should plan ahead and bring their own equipment for props (bat, gloves, etc.) to reduce equipment sharing. (for certain sports, players on the same team may share that team’s equipment if they are all already in contact with the equipment - for example a team may use a team basketball shared between their team, but not with other teams)
Ordering After Picture Day - League Pre-Order Access codes expire on the day of Picture Day. Players' individual access codes will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. These codes can be entered into https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ (just like the access code) and parents can order more products. Please note that orders after picture day will be at regular full pricing.
Multiple Children- Please DO NOT put multiple children’s orders on one order ticket. Each child MUST have their own separate order number and ticket. Please make sure the child’s name is entered on the online order form. Sibling photos MUST also have a separate order form.
EVERYONE who would like to be included in the team photo MUST fill out a form with name and contact information, even if you are not placing an order OR are not ordering your child’s individual photo. You DO NOT need to place an order but if you want your child in the team photo they will need to have their individual photo taken. This includes coaches as well.
