All players listed below (Baseball between the dates of birth below) who were supposed to attend Sunday and did not must come to make up player evaluations on Thursday, so we can attempt to make balanced teams, and so that we are confirming with Little League Regulation IV part f.
If you are a player and did not attend Sunday, it is imperative that you attend the makeup.
DATE: March 20, 2025
TIME: 7:00 PM - all divisions listed below at the same time. We will go until we are done. We will go with the 8s first, then the 9s, then the 10s, etc.
LOCATION: not at Salem High School- it will be at:

WHAT TO BRING:
· No cleats.
· Must bring a glove. If you own a bat or helmet, bring those too. Otherwise, we will have shared equipment.
· If conditions outside are wet, please change into dry sneakers upon arrival into the gym to minimize the risk of slip and fall injury, as those trying out will do some running.
Baseball:
Who: Players born between 9/1/12 and 8/31/17 (age 8-12 per Little League age definitions.)
seball, or would like to be considered, need to be evaluated at the makeup session if they did not attend the main evaluation on Sunday.
Farm/Coach pitch players and Tee-Ball players, or any players not listed above, do not need to report for evaluations.
As a reminder- while these are often called "tryouts", they are really evaluations. Nobody is "cut" and everyone will be placed on an age and skill appropriate roster. The purpose of evaluations is to try and get a feel for players' skill levels so we can attempt to have balanced teams.
Not coming to evaluations means that it will be impossible to ensure proper placement and keep teams competitively balanced. For those players who do not attend, we will rely solely on previous year's coaches' feedback.
