(C) Birth certificate with stamp on it from city or town

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE  ABLE TO REGISTER , WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION


Age: Must be at least 4 years old by May 1st.

$110 Single player, any other baseball/softball division
