Two $500 scholarships will be handed out on Family Day (August 15th)

Siohban O'Keefe receive a $500 scholarship in 2008

Andrew Cruddas received a $500 scholarship in 2007

Alex Blair received a $500 scholarship in 2006

 

 

Who is Eligible?

 

-                     Graduating high school seniors

-                     Must have played in Salem Little League for at least 3 years

 

How to Apply?

 

-                     Write a letter explaining why Salem Little League should give you a scholarship (Please keep it under 250 words)

-                     Must receive letter by July 17th, 2009

-                     You will only be notified if your awarded the scholarship

 

What to Include?

 

-                     Where are you going to school?

-                     What are you studying?

-                     What are/were your extracurricular activities and/or hobbies?

-                     Have you done any community service?

-                     What did/does “Little League” mean to you?
