Fraser Field, Lynn, MA 50/50 Fund Raiser Baseball * Summer Time * Family Fun “A major league experience at a minor league price!” 50/50 Fundraiser: The Navigators are offering a great Fund Raising opportunity this coming (2009) season. The NAVS will designate each 2009 home game for a community on the North Shore, sharing the gate receipts for anyone attending the game from that designated community. How it works: Your group/company/ team/league/community gets a “major league experience at a minor league price”, watching tomorrow’s stars chase their dreams today. 1. Your group secures a NAVS home date in either June or July. 2. Navigator Tickets cost $6. For your fund raiser your company/group/team would sell NAVS tickets for your league’s designated night at Fraser Field, with 50% of the revenue from each ticket going to your group’s coffers. 3. $25,200 split: With a seating capacity of 4,200 the gate receipts for an evening can total $25,200 of which your league would take home $12,600, all for an evening of baseball & great summer family entertainment. What Does “Community Night” Include for my group/league/company?: • Designee(s) to: o Throw out the first pitch o Sing the National Anthem o Announce “Play Ball” o Kids go out with starting positional players for Anthem o Kids run the bases after the game o Picture & Autograph Sessions before & after the game • Great opportunities for local businesses to network/support your community group by: o Purchasing catered “Party Decks” o Unique game day sponsorships i.e. ?? Call to bullpen sponsored by: Melrose Telecommunications ?? 7th Inning Stretch brought to you by: Delani Chiropractics ?? Error sponsored by: Mclaughlin Insurance, because “accidents happen” • 33/33/33 Game Day Raffle: o 33% goes to Raffle Winner o 33% to your group and/or local charity o 33% to the Navs About the Navigators: The 2009 season will represent the Navigators 2nd season on the North Shore at Fraser Field in Lynn. The Navigators are a member of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL www.necbl.com) a 12 team summer collegiate baseball league comprised of some of the nation’s premier pro-prospects from around the country. The Navigators play 21 home games from June
through the end of July. |
